## Project Overview

Navutu Resorts brings together two boutique properties under one brand: Navutu Dreams
Wellness Resort in Siem Reap and Navutu Stars Boutique Hotel in Fiji. Rather than
split attention across two domains, we built a single website that houses two focused
mini sites. This keeps the brand tight, boosts domain authority, and reduces the
time needed to update content.

We wanted to create a calm and modern platform that showcases wellness, luxury,
and place, while making it easy to book the right property.

If you manage multiple hotels and want a streamlined [website](https://oliveandlake.com/for-hotels/digital-marketing/website-design/)
with powerful booking integration, [contact Olive & Lake](https://oliveandlake.com/consultation/)
to see how we can help.

## Design Approach

We designed one cohesive brand experience with two distinct journeys so it’s easy
book whether you’re travelling to Fiji or Cambodia!

To do this, we created a “mini site” for each property which reflects its destination
with nuanced colour, typography, and imagery, while sharing the same clean structure
and booking flow. This structure is recommended for best optimisation for multi-
property websites.

The navigation lets guests switch between Dreams and Stars easily. Within each “
mini site”, content is well structured and easy to navigate allowing visitors to
quickly find what they are looking for.

The design brief was to have generous white space, crisp photography, and a balanced
layout to provide a serene feeling on every device.

## Challenges & Solutions

The brief called for a fresh, modern look that communicates luxury and wellness,
paired with deep Cloudbeds integration for two separate booking engines. We also
needed flexible package management and fast, SEO friendly performance.

We solved this by building the site in WordPress with Bricks Builder and our in-
house [Olive & Lake Fancy Datepicker](https://oliveandlake.com/blog/our-new-bricks-builder-native-date-picker-for-hotels-element/).
The deep integration with Cloudbeds allows guests to land on the booking engine
in the correct place the first time. They can see the correct property or package
with dates and number of guests pre-filled so it’s easier for them to book what
they have been looking at on the website.

The client wanted to be able to easily add, edit and remove various packages for
both properties. To do this, we used custom post types so their team can add new
offers, set property and package types, define booking windows, and map rules to
Cloudbeds in minutes. Conditional logic ensures guests only see packages relevant
to the chosen location.
