Reservoir Hotels is a boutique wellness stay in Siem Reap with a yoga and retreat vibe, moments from the Night Market and Pub Street on the Funky Lane side of town. The brief was simple: build a calm, fast site that makes rooms, wellness experiences, and direct bookings clear from the first click. We connected the journey to Cloudbeds so guests can check availability and book direct with confidence.

Design Approach
The look is spa inspired. Soft tones, generous white space, and a hero gallery that sets the mood. Clear calls to action sit right where guests expect them: Rooms, Experiences, and Book.
The website is, of course, mobile ready. Images are light, responsive, and lazy loaded. Navigation is simple and easy to understand. Content stays focused, letting guests glide from discovery to booking without friction.
Challenges & Solutions
The hotel offers many activities and tours. To keep them consistent, we built standardised Experience templates with highlights, timings, inclusions, and clear next steps to enquire or book.
Visitors often asked where the hotel sits in relation to the action. We added concise location snippets and a map with walking times to Pub Street and the Night Market.
Trust matters for first time visitors. We surfaced review snippets and partner badges on key pages and placed them near booking calls to support decisions.
Finally, the booking flow had to be seamless. We used Cloudbeds with a persistent Book button, and clear messaging on rates, inclusions, and policies. Tracking ensures every CTA is measurable.
