Maison Polanka is a collection of luxury boutique villas set in a private garden estate in Siem Reap, minutes from Angkor. Once a family home, it is now an intimate hideaway with soul, service, and space to breathe.
Our brief was simple. Create a fast, story-led website that guides guests to the right villa, showcases meaningful experiences, and makes it effortless to book or enquire.

Design Approach
We wanted the images of the property to come first. Calm layouts, generous white space, and warm typography let the wooden villas and tropical gardens speak for themselves. Subtle motion and short captions keep the story flowing without slowing the user down.
Navigation is clear and compact: Accommodation, Experiences, Spa, Our Story, Book or Enquire. Key actions are always visible on mobile and desktop. Copy is concise, guiding guests from inspiration to decision in a few clicks.
Challenges & Solutions
With only a few suites and a high touch service, the goal was to balance character with clarity.
- Availability at small scale: we built standardised villa templates and enquiry led flows to capture dates and preferences without overpromising inventory.
- Mixed discovery paths: guests browse rooms and also plan days around Angkor, arts, and wellness. We added cross links between Accommodation, Experiences, and Spa so each page suggests the next step.
- Location and access: a dedicated “How to get here” section explains transfers, visas, and timings, with click to call and WhatsApp links for quick assistance.
- Speed and stability: compressed media, lazy loading, and clean code keep pages light while preserving image quality.
