Of course you have some questions – it’s completely understandable. We’re always here and ready to answer anything you want to know! In the meantime, here are some answers to some of the most common questions we’re asked.
We’ll look at what you did and see whether we can improve on it for you. If you just boosted a few posts, it’s highly likely that we will be able to improve on it.
However, we don’t guarantee that ads will work for your business, there are too many variables to promise success. For example, the hospitality industry is very competitive. If you’re a smaller hotel, guest house or hostel, your average daily rates might be too small to spend a lot on marketing to compete with the big spenders such as Expedia and Booking.com, etc.
Before we start any campaign, we will look at your goals and budget and give you our honest opinion about our chances of providing you with a good return on your investment.
There are two costs involved in us running your ad campaigns for you. First, you will need to cover the cost of the ads. This fee is paid directly to Facebook and it is a monthly payment.
There is also our management fee which starts at $100 to create and manage your campaigns for you.
We will need access to your Facebook page but we will never ask for your personal Facebook password.
