L’Intendant Patrimoine is a South of France property management service for short term rentals, focused on guest experience and owner profitability. The brief was to integrate Hostaway with WordPress, so listings, pricing, and availability are all available on their booking engine while the site stays fast and SEO friendly.
The integration also needed to reflect the brand’s asset-based approach and clear advantages for the services they offer to property owners in the South of France.

Design Approach
The site design is calm and clear so guests can browse with ease on mobile or desktop. Key sections highlight locations, services, pricing, and an easy-to-use contact form for property owners to reach out.
Colour was kept to a minimum with plenty of white space keep attention on the properties.
Property pages use a custom post type templates to make it easy to add, remove and edit properties.
L’Intendant Patrimoine didn’t need live search and availability directly embedded on the website, so we opted for clear calls to action and buttons to take you directly to the booking engine which we setup using our own branded sub domain – booking.lintendantpatrimoine.fr.
Challenges & Solutions
It was essential that the website was multilingual in both French and English. To achieve this we used WPML which works well with Bricks Builder, custom post types and custom fields.
Consistency across regions mattered. We normalised locations and amenities into WordPress taxonomies for fast filters, tidy URLs, and strong internal linking between Côte d’Azur and Alpes du Sud collections.
For bookings, we avoided embedded forms. Instead, we launched a branded Hostaway engine on booking.lintendantpatrimoine.fr. This keeps the main site focused on discovery and SEO, while the subdomain handles secure transactions, property searching and live availability.
