We start the process with a meeting to go through a design brief. We’ll ask a few questions, listen to your ideas, offer our feedback, and go from there.
We’ll work with you to create a design brief which meets your requirements.
We’ll look at font choices, colour palettes, layouts, and other aspects of the overall design.
Once we have created the concept, we’ll then build a couple of pages to show you the concept and how it will look like on a live website.
2. Getting Your Feedback
After you’ve looked through the pages we’ve created, we’ll have a meeting and get your feedback.
Our team will listen to what you have to say, make any edits you request and then send the changes back to you for approval. We’ll keep going until we have a concept that you’re happy with!
When you have agreed to the concept, we’ll move forward with building out the rest of the website.
3. Creating the Draft
The next step is to create a fully working draft based on the agreed concept in the previous stages. When it’s ready, we’ll send you a link to check it and then schedule another meeting to discuss your feedback.
We’ll then get started on making any required edits and start to prepare the website for the final draft.
When it’s ready, we’ll send it back to you and you’ll have another chance to go through everything again. We’ll then make any final edits that you have requested prior to preparing the website to go live.
4. Final Checklist
Before we publish the site, we ensure that we go through an extensive checklist to fix any issues, make our final optimisations, and prepare the website ready to be transferred to the live domain.
When it’s ready, we’ll start the process of migrating the website to a live server.
5. Publicly Viewable
Now that the website is live, it’s ready to start receiving visitors. However, we’re not ready for the full launch party just yet.
We’ll check for any final bugs and ask for your final feedback.

How long do you need to build my new website?
Our goal is to build your website as soon as possible, but optimised and professional websites are not built in a day! We don’t rush projects out of the door, we give them the time they deserve to be as good as they can be.
In most cases, we will have the first draft of your website finished within 1 month. But the specific times and dates will be discussed when we sign a contract.
After the initial draft, it takes around 2 weeks to do any edits, our final checks and prepare the website to go live.
A website for a small business will take around 6 weeks. Bigger websites may take longer.
There are other aspects which may affect the duration too. This includes how quickly you can provide content, whether we are doing the content writing and translations for you, the turnaround time to schedule meetings and provide feedback, etc.
Can I access the site when it's done?
All our websites come with a two-hour training session where we will show you how you can make edits to your website by yourself.
We use WordPress on all our website builds. One of the reasons we chose this platform is because it allows our clients to quickly make edits.
After our 2-hour training session is over, you will be able to update your own website. Of course, we will always be here to provide help and support.
Do you provide hosting?
Yes, we do. In fact, we prefer that our clients use our hosting as we provide a fully managed service. This way, we have control over all technical aspects of your website and can fix anything.
You are still free to use your own hosting if you want. However, we cannot provide support for third party hosting providers.
Our hosting is optimised for fast loading times and your website will also be placed on a content delivery network (CDN) to ensure that your website loads fast for all visitors wherever they are in the world.
Will my website rank highly in Google and get lots of leads?
We are a digital marketing agency with a lot of experience driving online sales. However, building a website is just the beginning of your online journey.
Therefore, we can’t promise that from day one your website will rank highly in search engines or generate lots of leads. To do this, we need to drive traffic to your site.
What we can promise, is that we will deliver a fully working, SEO and conversion optimised website.
The real work begins after you’ve got your new website. There are many ways to drive traffic including content marketing, paid ads, SEO and more. We’ll be happy to discuss this with you at every step of the way.
